Our Lady Crusaders are named the State Champions for the second year in a row. Varsity girls faced Dorchester Academy in the final game at the Sumter Civic Center on Saturday. The Crusaders won against rival Raiders with a 39-24 final score. What a great season for our Lady Crusaders!

Students in K4 are celebrating the 100th day of school today by dressing up as if they are 100 years old. This day marks is a fun day to celebrate being at school for 100 days. Kids in lower school classes enjoy special activities and snacks while counting to 100 with candy or cereal.

The 2019 Regional Spelling Bee was held on campus Wednesday with 10 schools participating from our region. Laurens Academy had two students, Landon Wesley and Stella Smith, that will advance to the state level. We are so proud of the accomplishments of all of the participants.

High School Math Meet

LA Matheletes participated in the SCISA State Math Meet in Sumter on Tuesday. Laurens Academy team #1 placed 10th overall. The top scorers for LA were Hannah Stribling, Sunny Li, and Ruta Patel. We are so proud of these students!

Bible Club spent their last gathering of 2018 celebrating Christmas. Our elementary students are so fortunate to have the opportunity to learn about Jesus and what his birth and this season is all about. Bible Club is a way that the kids can learn and fellowship together on a monthly basis.
