Laurens Academy will be offering the SAT and PSAT on campus Wednesday, October 16th. Some 10th, 11th and 12th graders will be participating in the school day testing. Studies have shown that students perform better when given the opportunity to take the test during regular school hours in a familiar environment.

Washington, D.C. Trip

Last week our 6th & 7th graders enjoyed a field trip to Washington, D.C. The week was packed with visits to Mount Vernon, The White House, Pentagon, The Capitol, Arlington Cemetery and many more. It was a great experience and unique opportunity for the kids to learn a little about our history and get a chance to visit these places.

Our Lady Crusaders are named the State Champions for the second year in a row. Varsity girls faced Dorchester Academy in the final game at the Sumter Civic Center on Saturday. The Crusaders won against rival Raiders with a 39-24 final score. What a great season for our Lady Crusaders!
