Eighth Graders Tour Congaree National Park

To enhance their understanding of the role rivers play in shaping our land, eighth graders visited Congaree National Park. The park is noted for its national champion trees and biodiversity, as well as being the largest tract of old growth floodplain forest in the continental US.

HSSR Basketball Honorees

Shooters Garner Accolades

Congratulations to senior shooter Cassidy Crowder for winning a $1000 scholarship from the Hampton Wildlife fund at the April 29th shoot in Camden. Juniors Carmen McGee and Jack Kerber were named to the South Carolina Youth Shooting Federation’s All-State team.
