Students at LA are getting a jump on their ARP reading requirement by reading this summer. The school library is open each Tuesday from 4:00pm-8:00pm. For the second year in a row, the Lady Crusaders softball team has captured the SCISA Class A- Region II title. Individually, Sydney Halbert and Kayla Mitchell were named to the All-Region Team and Kaitlyn Muir was named Region Player of the Year. Congratulations ladies!
The Crusader Golf team captured the SCISA 1A State Golf title with an impressive 61 stroke lead over the field of golfers. The state tournament was held on April 28-29 at Hacker Golf Course in Conway. Will Burroughs was the Medalist edging out Wardlaw’s Kenneth Kaltz by one stroke on the final hole.
